Resources

Upload marketing materials, brand assets, and promotional files so your affiliates can download them directly from their portal. Give your partners everything they need to promote your product effectively.

What you can share

Promotional images

Banners, social media graphics, product screenshots, and other visual assets affiliates can use in their content.

Brand assets

Logos, brand mark files, and guidelines to ensure affiliates represent your brand consistently.

PDF documents

Product one-pagers, pitch decks, pricing guides, or educational materials that help affiliates sell.

Word documents

Email templates, copy swipe files, or scripts affiliates can adapt for their own outreach.

Supported file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP (images), PDF, DOC / DOCX (Word documents).

Uploading a resource

Navigate to Resources in the sidebar.

Click Add Resource

Click the Add Resource button in the top-right corner of the page.

Enter a name

Give the resource a descriptive name that affiliates will see, e.g. "Summer Sale Banner 1200x628" or "Product Overview PDF".

Upload the file

Select a file from your computer. Supported formats: images (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP), PDF, DOC, DOCX. Image files will show a thumbnail preview.

Assign a group (optional)

Select a partner group to make the resource visible only to affiliates in that group, or leave it as All groups to make it available to everyone.

Save

Click Add Resource. The file is uploaded and immediately visible to affiliates in the selected group.

The Resources grid

Uploaded resources appear in a card grid. Each card shows:

Preview — image files show a thumbnail; PDF and document files show an icon
Name — the name you gave the resource
Group — which partner group can access it
File type badge — colored label (PNG, PDF, DOC, etc.)

Click any resource card to download it immediately. Hover over a card to reveal the delete button.

Deleting a resource

Hover over a resource card and click the trash icon that appears in the top-right corner. A confirmation dialog will appear before the file is permanently deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.

Deleting a resource removes it immediately from the affiliate portal. Affiliates will no longer be able to download it.

How affiliates access resources

Affiliates can access all resources shared with their group by navigating to Resources in their affiliate portal. They see the same grid view and can download any file by clicking on it.

Resources assigned to All groups are visible to every affiliate in your program. Resources assigned to a specific group are only visible to affiliates in that group.
