Program Settings
Program Settings is where you configure your affiliate program — public information, tracking setup, portal branding, partner groups, and team access. Navigate here from the sidebar.
General Settings
Navigate to Program Settings → General Settings. Configure your program's public-facing information:
- Company name — shown to affiliates in their portal
- Contact details — email and phone for affiliate inquiries
- Business description — a short description of your company and program
Marketing & Tracking
Navigate to Program Settings → Marketing & Tracking. This is where you find the tools to integrate AFFY tracking on your website.
API Key
Your unique API key for authenticating requests to the AFFY tracking API. Keep this private — treat it like a password.
JavaScript Tracking Snippet
The script tag to add to your website's <head> to enable automatic click tracking. See the Installation guide for full instructions.
Tracking Pixel
An alternative pixel-based tracking option for environments where JavaScript isn't practical.
Partner Experience
Navigate to Program Settings → Partner Experience to customize the affiliate portal appearance:
- Portal logo — uploaded image shown in the affiliate portal header
- Brand colors — primary color used for buttons, links, and accents
- Program name — displayed prominently in the affiliate portal

Partner Groups
Navigate to Program Settings → Partner Groups to create and manage affiliate segments with dedicated commission flows. See the Partner Groups guide for full details.
Custom Domains
Navigate to Program Settings → Custom Domains to configure a custom domain for your affiliate portal (e.g. partners.yourbrand.com instead of yourbrand.affy.pro).
After adding your domain, you'll need to configure a CNAME DNS record at your domain registrar pointing to AFFY's servers. Contact support for the exact CNAME target value.
Team Management
Navigate to Company Users in the sidebar (or Program Settings → Team) to add team members who can access the client dashboard.
- Click Invite User and enter their email address
- They receive an invitation to create an account
- Once registered, they can log in with access to your program's dashboard
