Customers

The Customers section shows every person who arrived via an affiliate link — from their first click through to any purchases they made.

What the Customers page shows

Navigate to Customers in the sidebar. Each row represents a unique customer who was attributed to an affiliate. The table shows:

  • Customer — email or anonymized ID
  • Attributed affiliate — which partner referred this customer
  • Type — whether the customer is a Lead (signed up) or Conversion (paid)
  • Revenue — total amount paid by this customer
  • Date — when the first tracked event occurred

Lead vs Conversion

Lead

A customer who signed up or started a trial via an affiliate link, but has not yet made a purchase. They are in the funnel but haven't converted.

Conversion

A customer who completed a purchase. The sale is attributed to the affiliate, and a commission was created.

Filtering customers

By type

Show only Leads or only Conversions.

By affiliate

Filter to see all customers attributed to a specific affiliate.

By date range

Narrow down to customers acquired in a specific period.

By revenue

Filter customers by how much they've spent.

Data privacy

If a customer requests account deletion under GDPR, their personally identifiable information (email, name) is removed from AFFY. Their record still appears in the Customers list but is anonymized — the revenue attribution and commission history are preserved for financial auditing purposes.
