Managing Partners

The Partners section is where you manage everyone in your affiliate program — from inviting new affiliates to approving applications and tracking their status.

Partners list

Navigate to Partnersin the sidebar to see all affiliates in your program. The list shows each affiliate's name, email, status, commission flow, and performance metrics. Use the search bar to find a specific affiliate, or filter by status.

Affiliate statuses

The affiliate is verified and actively participating in your program. They can generate tracking links and earn commissions.

An invitation email has been sent but the affiliate has not yet completed their registration.

The affiliate has registered via public registration and is awaiting your approval. They cannot earn commissions yet.

The affiliate has been suspended, typically due to a policy violation. Access is blocked.

Rejected

The affiliate's application was reviewed and declined. They cannot access the program.

Inviting affiliates

Inviting is the only way to add affiliates directly — invited affiliates are automatically set to Active status once they complete registration, skipping the approval queue.

Open the invitation form

Click the Invite Partner button at the top right of the Partners page.

Enter the affiliate's details

Fill in the affiliate's Email Address and Full Name — both fields are required.

Assign to a partner group (optional)

Select a Partner Groupto automatically place the affiliate into a group on signup. If left as the default, the program's default group applies.

Override the commission flow (optional)

Optionally select a specific Commission Flowto assign to this affiliate, overriding the group's default. Leave blank to use the group's default flow.

Add a personal message (optional)

Write a short note to include in the invitation email — for example, program benefits or special terms.

Send the invitation

Click Send Invite. The affiliate receives an email with a unique signup link. The affiliate will appear in your Partners list with Invited status until they complete registration.
Invited affiliates are automatically activated once they register — they don't go through the approval queue. If you need manual approval, share your public registration link instead.
