Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your affiliate program — how much revenue is being driven, how many affiliates are active, and which partners are performing best.
Stats cards
Four metric cards appear at the top of the dashboard. Each shows the current period value and a comparison to the previous period.
Total Affiliates
The total number of affiliates registered in your program, across all statuses (Active, Inactive, Pending, Suspended).
Active Affiliates
Affiliates with Active status who are eligible to earn commissions and generate tracking links.
Conversions
The number of completed purchases attributed to an affiliate in the selected time period. A conversion is counted when a tracked customer completes a payment.
Revenue
Total revenue from conversions attributed to affiliates in the selected period. This is the sale amount, not the commission paid out.
Period filtering
Use the period selector at the top right of the dashboard to change the time range. Available options include daily, weekly, monthly, and custom date ranges. All stats cards and charts update to reflect the selected period.
Top performers
The Top Performers widget ranks your affiliates by revenue generated in the selected period. It shows each affiliate's name, number of conversions, and total revenue. Use this to identify who to reward, promote to a higher tier, or reach out to for more collaboration.
Earnings trend chart
The chart below the stats cards visualizes revenue and conversion trends over the selected period. Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact value for that day or week.
Key concepts
Click vs Lead vs Conversion
A click is recorded when someone visits your site via an affiliate link. A lead is when that visitor signs up or starts a trial. A conversion is when they complete a purchase. The dashboard Revenue and Conversion metrics only count completed purchases.
Attribution window
By default, AFFY tracks a visitor for 30 days after their first affiliate click. If they purchase within that window, the sale is attributed to the affiliate. If they click multiple affiliate links, the first click is credited (first-touch attribution).
Revenue vs Commission
The dashboard Revenue figure is the total sale value (what your customers paid). The commission is a fraction of that, calculated by your commission flow rules. You can see commission totals in the Payouts section.
