In AFFY Settings → Integration, click Connect with PayPal. Authorize AFFY on your PayPal business account. Takes under a minute.
Each affiliate enters their PayPal email address in Settings → Payment Method inside their affiliate portal. One-time setup on their side.
Review pending commissions in the Payouts section. Select individually or bulk-approve the entire queue.
Click "Pay via PayPal". AFFY submits one batch to PayPal's Payouts API. Every selected affiliate receives their payment simultaneously.
That's it.
After the one-time OAuth connection, every payout run is just: approve → select → click. No logins, no CSV, no copy-paste.

Failed payouts don't block the rest
If one affiliate's PayPal email is invalid, only their payout fails — all other payments in the batch succeed. Cancel the failed item, ask the affiliate to update their email, and resend that single payout without redoing the whole batch.
Every payout batch generates a PDF statement listing each recipient, the amount paid, and the PayPal transaction reference. Hand it directly to your accountant or attach it to your monthly close.
Statements are generated automatically when the batch completes — no manual assembly, no downloading individual PayPal receipts.
