Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made on the AFFY affiliate management platform, operated by SIA "Benefitt" (registration number 40103834163, Latvia). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. No refund request is necessary if you cancel before the trial period expires.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment for any reason, no questions asked. This applies to all plans — monthly and annual. To request a refund, contact us at support@affy.pro within 14 days of the charge.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • After the 14-day refund window, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

5. Additional Refund Circumstances

Outside the 14-day window, we may also issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: A verified platform outage or critical bug prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of the billing period and was not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorized charge: A charge was made without your authorization and reported within 30 days.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@affy.pro with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date of the charge.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
