No. Stripe is a payment processor and does not include affiliate or referral tracking. You need a dedicated tool like AFFY that connects to Stripe's webhooks to attribute payments to affiliates and calculate commissions.

AFFY places a tracking cookie when a visitor clicks an affiliate link. When that visitor later completes a payment in Stripe, AFFY receives the webhook event, matches the customer to the affiliate click, and creates a commission automatically.
