On top of the monthly fee, Tolt charges 2% on every automated payout plus bank transfer fees. A program distributing $50K/month in commissions pays roughly $1,000/month in Tolt payout fees before any transfer costs. AFFY charges zero platform fees on PayPal Mass Payouts. AFFY also gives every new account 2 months of PRO free with no credit card; Tolt gives a 14-day trial.
AFFY is the only affiliate platform with a native Telegram management bot. When a new affiliate applies, a lead comes in, or a commission fires, you get a Telegram notification with full details and inline action buttons — approve or reject with one tap, no browser, no dashboard login. Tolt has no Telegram integration.
Both AFFY and Tolt support Stripe, Paddle, and Chargebee via native webhook integrations, with recurring subscription commission tracking and automatic refund clawbacks. Tolt offers PayPal auto-payouts on Growth+ ($99/mo) but charges 2% per payout plus transfer fees. AFFY auto-generates PDF self-billing invoices on every payout on every plan — emailed to both operator and affiliate automatically. Tolt only provides partner invoices on Growth+.
AFFY includes W-9 and W-8BEN tax form collection on all plans and 1099-NEC generation on Premium (€199/mo) — no third-party service required. Payouts are automatically blocked until the affiliate's tax form is on file. Tolt routes W-9/W-8 collection and 1099-NEC through Trolley, a separate service that costs $49–149/mo on top of Growth+ ($99/mo). Total cost for tax-capable setup on Tolt: $148–248/month.
AFFY ships a built-in affiliate self-service portal covering GDPR data export and erasure request workflows. This is a legal requirement for EU-facing affiliate programs — affiliates must be able to access and delete their personal data on request. AFFY handles this entirely through the affiliate portal, with no admin intervention required. Tolt has no affiliate-facing GDPR portal.
AFFY has both Telegram and Slack integrations. Telegram delivers real-time notifications with inline approval buttons; Slack sends channel alerts for new leads and conversions. Tolt has neither. AFFY also includes affiliate self-service coupon code creation — affiliates manage their own Stripe promo codes from the portal without admin involvement. Tolt has no documented equivalent.
