Pursuant to Section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement, Affy publishes and maintains this list of third-party sub-processors engaged to assist in delivering the Platform.
Affy will notify Clients at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor. To receive advance notification of sub-processor changes, email support@affy.pro with the subject line "Sub-processor notification subscription" and the email address associated with your account.
Clients may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds within the 30-day notice period. See Section 6.3 of the DPA for the objection procedure.
